CEO & Founder 

Terrence is dedicated behavior therapist with over five years of experience supporting children with autism and other behavioral challenges. He began his career working one-on-one with students in behavior clinics, conducting trial sessions and collecting data to assess progress and inform individualized treatment plans.

For the past three years, Terrence has worked within LAUSD schools, supporting students ranging from 4th through 7th grade. Through his daily work in the classroom, he has witnessed the digital divide firsthand, seeing how students, particularly in Black and Brown communities, continue to fall behind due to a lack of access to essential resources such as technology and school supplies.

Motivated by these experiences, Terrence founded Backpacks & Blessings with a mission to help bridge this gap. His work is rooted in the belief that every child deserves equitable access to the tools they need to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Director of Operations & Administration, Treasurer

Katrina brings more than 27 years of experience in domestic and international sales, business development, and executive leadership across the fashion, entertainment, and real estate industries. Her career includes launching and expanding businesses in the U.S. and abroad, with deep expertise in operations, marketing, and strategic growth.

With over 13 years in real estate, Katrina is known for her strong negotiation skills, people-centered leadership, and commitment to professionalism and integrity. She also serves as Regional Director of Inclusion & Belonging for West Los Angeles Realtors, where she advocates for equity, access, and opportunity.

A passionate advocate for economic empowerment and generational wealth, Katrina brings the same dedication to her work with Backpacks & Blessings, helping bridge educational and technology resource gaps for underserved students and families.

Director of Community Outreach 

Larry brings a strong background in communication, counseling, and youth mentorship. He has spent years working with troubled adults and youth, speaking to and encouraging young people to stay on the right path and make choices that positively impact their future.

Known for his big personality and natural ability to connect with people, Larry is deeply passionate about building relationships and strengthening communities. Guided by his own lived experience, he understands how negative influences can alter the course of a life—fueling his commitment to mentorship, outreach, and service. Through his work with Backpacks & Blessings, Larry is dedicated to empowering individuals with guidance, accountability, and access to resources that help create brighter, more stable futures.
